You can edit your sidebar file in 2 ways:- Using WordPress Dashboard Using Text editor Here in this tutorial I will be editing the sidebar file using Text editor (I will use sublime Text 2), you can use any text editor or IDE you like. To download your wordpress theme file you also need to have FTP client. Here in this tutorial I am using Filezilla FTP client.
